Gang Proposal
From preventing our children growing up in an infected environment they'll be a burden to themselves and their community.
It is a melancholy issue to see young people killing each other and vandalizing their home and others property. These people think of themselves as protectors of their “hood” yet they are recruiting kids, showing them how to shoot a gang and fight for a dumb reason, instead of showing them how to live a better life. Manny people don’t see how great of an effect this has on a community and on the nation.
We need to find a solution for this problem because it is affecting the minds of the youth and slowly destroying their future. It also destroys families by taking away their parents or their children. They also affect the economy, they rob banks, stores, and many other places, and this affects the business industry, not by day but by months and years. Gangs are also a great cause of why there are many deaths of young people.
Many people think there is no solution for this, but I say fear not, for I have come up with a proposal that will not only help families, but also help improve a community, make major cities a better place, and help the nation become more safer and better than ever before.
Gangs have been around the begging of time, and yet nothing has been done to solve this problem. Gangs started coming up due to people trying to earn their rights. In the 1950’s many people from different races fought for their rights, and when they where earn, they tried to see who was better. Police have identified almost half of men between the ages 21 and 24 to be in a gang or gang related crimes. In Chicago a gang squad officer estimated that Chicago has as many as 120,000 gang members. But in Los Angeles a district attorney estimated that L.A has 1000 gangs and 150,000 gang members. Still, gangs seem to be rising and there seems to be no decline on the crimes due to gangs, and as more deaths happens, gang members begin to recruit more, by lying to young ones and giving them false hope.
I have a humble proposal that will not only improve towns and cities, but also end the problem of gangs. I am certain that I will not have any argument for this.
The city can have a day where families come together to go out on streets and shoot any gang member, they can make it into a competition, or a holiday. This would also bring tourist to the town or cities, thus having increased the reputation of the place for having more people move in and enjoying this event.
Of course, no one would want to commit murder, so why not just shoot them in the leg, they would be hurt, and cry for mercy, acting as if they have done nothing wrong. After they have been helped in the hospital, we can send to a coliseum like prison. You can put to different gang members to fight each other, is the same as they do in the streets, but it would be much safer for the people and it would be more entertaining, and the winner would get to have a month out of the coliseum but they would be on parole. The people would feel safer, and the city would get great financial due to this event.
